I had two cats, UU and Bojue.

USAGE

  • Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or concerns. I have the right to refuse any commission.

  • Please provide a detailed description of your request(s) PRIOR to payment. This includes deadlines, expressions, special requests and so on.

  • better with visual refrence, some detail character and pose.

  • Commissions may be used as any type of personal usage for example: profile pictures, profile banners, etc. Printing for personal use is also permitted.

  • Commissions may only be printed, resold or used in any way of income upon commercial fee payment.

  • Usage for NFT or AI art is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not claim to be the author of the commission. All rights belong to the artist.

  • Reposting is allowed if it has my signature and proper credits to my social media.

ARTIST RIGHTS

  • All completed commissions will be posted on my social media, any other platform i choose to showcase my art and used as visual example in my commission info page if wanted. Process may be also streamed on Twitch.

  • The art will be posted on my social media as soon as it's finished unless requested if it's related to special dates like a birthday gift.(You need to inform me in advance.)

  • I have the right to decline any commission requests. Usually if I think I can't perform well enough.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

  • Please make your payment within 48 hours after we confirm the commission request.

  • I will only work on your commission after receiving payment.

  • Currently, payment will be accepted through PayPal only and right after the sketch is reviewed for possible changes. No progress will be made until approval is confirmed.

  • NO REFUNDS.

  • unless I am unable to complete your request.

  • I will message you if this is the case and issue a full refund

DRAWING PROCESS

  • Major changes to the pose chosen or character appearance will not be accepted after i start working on the commission.

  • WIP pictures will be sent to you through Discord or X DMs during sketch phase for approval. After that, another one when lineart and base colors are done and then the finished piece.

  • Commissions can take from few days to couple months depending on it's type and complexity so please be patient. In case of unexpected issues, you will be notified.

OTHER PRECAUTIONS

  • Free minor revision on final work.

  • If you are forced to make mayor revisions, there will be additional costs that always increase depending on the number of revisions.

  • My work is not for commercial use, if you wish to use it in this way, contact me and we can discuss it further.
